Jonathan the hero of all CEO's (and the rest of us)!

Every CEO of a technology company needs to read Jonathan Schwartz's post reacting to how Network Appliance's are attempting to sue Sun.

Usually in patent wars, public statements are fairly lame or most likely moderated clearly, but Jonathan is really bringing down those walls. The post is not only publicly assessing the lawsuit and its facts, but at the same time working as a wonderful advertisement of Sun's open source approach and technology product. Bold and brilliant!

Jonathan's blog is read by so many, that this will really spread like wildfire through the blogosphere and create a lot of good will and publicity with this one simple blog spot (using simple to refer to cost of making it available, not about writing it as that part is certainly not easy).

This needs to be the future on how companies attack patent trolls with positive PR.
